Complete Shed was born out of a simple frustration: why were custom outdoor sheds either overpriced, flimsy, or just plain ugly?

Founded by Sean Bashar Salem in San Diego, California, Complete Shed started as a one-man operation built on a belief that every homeowner deserves a quality outdoor structure at a fair price. After years of seeing neighbors settle for mass-produced sheds that warped, leaked, and fell apart, Sean set out to do things differently — building every structure by hand, on-site, with materials chosen to withstand the San Diego climate.

Today, Complete Shed serves homeowners across all of San Diego County, including Chula Vista, El Cajon, La Mesa, Santee, Spring Valley, and beyond. We specialize in custom storage sheds, workshops, chicken coops, pet houses, and kids' playhouses.
