Materials are brought to the project area and the shed is assembled at the property. Access requirements and site conditions are reviewed for each project.
Built Level On Your Site
Every build starts with a 2×6 pressure-treated wood base and 3/4" plywood floor, leveled to your actual ground conditions.
Full Construction Included
Framing, LP Smart Siding, lockable doors and an architectural shingle roof are part of every base price — nothing is an assembly kit.
Placement Review
We review access, drainage considerations, door orientation, and the proposed location. Property owners should confirm applicable setbacks, zoning, and permit requirements with the governing jurisdiction.
Upgrades During the Build
Windows, skylights, lofts, workbenches, insulation and paint are installed as we build — not bolted on afterward.
